We design, build, and run the AI systems that remove hundreds of hours of recurring work across your properties every month.
Most owners and GMs we speak with aren't asking for "AI tools." They're saying something simpler:
"I'm buried in recurring tasks."
"Everything runs through me."
"I don't have time to fix the systems that are eating my time."
Email triage, check-in chasing, housekeeping rosters, receipt filing, rate scans, restaurant and experience bookings, repetitive guest communication about the same five topics. They're the bulk of an owner-operator's week, they pile up, and they're exactly the kind of work an AI agent can do reliably once it's properly set up against your PMS, email, and calendar.
We design, build, and run AI-enabled operations for independent hotel groups, branded portfolios, and large independent properties. You see what's happening across every property and quietly remove hundreds of hours of recurring work each month, without compromising guest experience or brand standards. No new dashboards, no new logins, no platform lock-in.
It's built for groups and portfolios running 2 to 30 properties. The one requirement: your PMS exposes an API (Mews, Apaleo, Cloudbeds, SiteMinder).
The workflows that come up in almost every mapping call. We pick one for the free prototype, then expand from there during the pilot.
Reading the inbox, classifying inquiries, drafting personalised responses in your tone across email, OTA messaging, and contact forms. Owner approves and sends until trust is earned.
Coordinating dining, tastings, spa, tours, and add-on experiences without manual back-and-forth between the front desk and external providers.
Routing tasks to the right department, generating housekeeping schedules from PMS bookings, flagging room conflicts before guests arrive.
Daily briefings, rate scans against competitor OTA listings, sales log reconciliation, gift card tracking, receipt filing into the right Drive folders.
You don't commit to a pilot until you've seen working software on your own data, with a real cost-vs-savings view you can take to your accountant. If the prototype doesn't deliver what we said it would, you get the $500 back, no questions asked.
We walk through your current operations: properties, systems, the workflows that eat the owner's week. By the end you have a written list of 3 to 7 candidate workflows ranked by hours saved per week, plus an honest note on which ones are realistic given your PMS and email setup.
We build a functioning prototype for ONE workflow on your real data, typically guest email triage or the morning briefing. You get to use it for a week. Alongside the prototype, a simple cost-vs-savings sheet so the decision to proceed isn't a leap of faith. If you're not satisfied with what we delivered, you get the $500 back, no questions asked, and you keep the prototype.
If the prototype and the numbers make sense, we automate three to five additional workflows across the group. Weekly review. Full documentation. Success measured on the percentage of guest contacts handled by AI, hours of manual work removed, and error rates against pre-pilot baseline.
After the pilot, an optional ongoing relationship for monitoring, new automations as the operation changes, and quarterly review. If you'd rather take it in-house or hand off to your own team, the documentation we wrote during the pilot is enough to do that cleanly.
Five inputs, your own numbers, updates as you type. A sketch, not a promise. The real estimate happens on the mapping call.
Estimates only. Actual hours back depend on PMS API quality, current workflow shape, and which workflows you pick to automate first.
We work with operators who run:
If you're already investing in technology, a modern PMS, a channel manager, a CRM, and you still feel "everything runs through me" on the operational side, that's the gap we close.
Your PMS must expose an API (Mews, Apaleo, Cloudbeds, SiteMinder, Little Hotelier and similar). Without that, automation isn't safely possible and we'll say so on the first call rather than wasting either of our time. Opera Cloud is workable in some configurations. Legacy on-prem systems are not.
Background in B2B go-to-market systems and AI-driven operations. I'll be the person on your mapping call, the one writing the prototype, and the one on the weekly review during the pilot. Not an account manager. Not a sales rep.
No deck. No pitch. We walk through your operations and leave you with a written list of candidate workflows ranked by hours saved. If we both like what comes out of it, we move to the free prototype.
